Brian rode Cee Pepto Wood (Sweet Lil Pepto x Cee Miss Hollywood), owned by The Old Friends Syndicate, to place 19th in the NRHA Open Futurity Finals out of 404 entries. He also rode Custo Nics (Custom Crome x Nics Whiz), owned by Doug McClelland to place 6th in the second go and 5th overall in the Open Gelding Incentive. Brian and Pistol Packn Rooster (Gallo Del Cielo x Guns Or Diamonds) is owned by the Swell Syndicate, placed 8th in the Open Gelding Incentive.

Brian Bell marked a 225.5 at the SWRHA Open Futurity aboard Custo Nics (Custom Crome x Nics Whiz), owned by Doug McClelland and pictured above left.Congratulations also to SWRHA Open Futurity Finalist, Custom Crown (Custom Crome x Olena Peppy by Peppy San Badger) on scoring a 219.5. Custom Crown is owned by Tom & Kathy Bagnell of Calera, OK, and is pictured above right.
4R Futurity- San Angelo, TX
Scoring an exciting 150, Brian tied to win the 4R Performance Slide Futurity in San Angelo, TX aboard Pistol Packn Rooster!! Pistol Packn Rooster (Gallo Del Cielo x Guns Or Diamonds) is owned by the Swell Syndicate and pictured left above. Brian also won second in the Open on Cee Pepto Wood (Sweet Lil Pepto x Cee Miss Hollywood), owned by The Old Friends Syndicate and pictured right above.
Also in San Angelo, Brian won the Reserve Championship in the AQHA Open Reining aboard Play Red Rooster, owned by Shelly Macclelland.
Monroe, LA Show-
Brian and Nics Rooster (Gallo Del Cielo x Nics Whiz), owned by the Swell Syndicate, scored a 147.5. for Reserve Open Futurity Champion honors in Monroe, LA.
One Hot Reining, Waco, TX-
Brian and Pistol Packn Rooster tied for reserve Open Futurity Champion at the One Hot Reining in Waco, TX, scoring a 147.5!
All American Congress, Columbus, OH-
Most recently, Brian scored a 221 on Pistol Packn Rooster to finish second in the first go of the All-American Quarter Horse Congress Open Futurity. Brian had a great show, making the Congress Finals on all three of his entries! Congratulations to the Swell Syndicate and the Old Friends Syndicate, owners of Pistol Packn Rooster, Cee Pepto Wood, and Nics Rooster .

Brian and Great Sun Burst, owned by Wagner & VanDorp, finished out the year by winning the Open Class Championship at the Futurity Show, earning $3,264.
Brian Bell rides Great Sun Burst to Tulsa Open Win
Brian and Great Sun Burst tied to win the prestigious Open Class Co-Championship at the 2008 Ariat Tulsa Reining Classic, earning over $4,500 for owners, owned by Wagner & VanDorp.Bell Ranch has moved to Oklahoma!
Brian and Julie Bell have moved their training and breeding operation to the heart of reining country. They are now located in Marietta, Oklahoma.2007 National Reining Breeders Classic
Brian made the NRBC Open finals on all three of his horses, Lean With Hollywood, Starbucks Jazz, and Collenas Finest Tafy. In the finals, Brian and Starbucks Jazz finished fourth at NRBC, earning $42,273 for owner Jimmy Pierce. All together Brian earned over $59,500 at the NRBC!
2006 NRHA Futurity
Brian rides Collenas Finest Tafy to the NRHA Open Futurity Reserve Championship! This outstanding mare has now won over $121,000! Watch Video of this run and Brian's Interview on You Tube!
Brian also made the Open Futurity Finals on Starbucks Jazz. They had a brilliant ride, but unfortunately scored a 0 after an unfortunate back up after the last stop.
2006 All-American Congress
Brian ties himself for 3rd riding Collenas Finest Tafy and Starbucks Jazz.
2006 NRHA Derby
-> Brian wins the Novice Horse Open on Boom Bay 2001. By the end of the year, this duo would also win the 2006 NRHA World Championship in the same division.
-> Brian also made the Open Derby Finals on Lean With Hollywood, placing 4th.
